Cookie policy

This policy explains how PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “IMIKO LAW FIRM” (EDRPOU code 33497811, the “Company”) handles cookies on the website www.imiko.ua (the “Website”).

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow a website to “remember” your actions and settings.

2. The Website does not set cookies

The Website itself does not set cookies. It has no analytics (including Google Analytics), no advertising or marketing tools (including Facebook Pixel and Google Ads), and makes no third-party requests when pages load. Fonts and other resources are served from the Website itself. For this reason the Website does not show a cookie consent banner.

3. Services that load only when you choose

Two third-party services load only when you choose to use them. They operate under their own policies, which we do not control.

  • Google Maps – the map on the contacts page. It does not load until you click “Show map”. After that, Google may set its own cookies and receive data about your device. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile – spam protection for the enquiry form. Its script may be used on the Website and loads only when you start filling in the form. For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Collection and processing of personal data

We process the data you enter in the enquiry form in accordance with our Privacy policy. During an ordinary visit, the server that delivers pages to you may record technical data (for example, your IP address, browser details and the date and time of the request). This is not related to cookies.

5. How to opt out

  • Do not click “Show map”. Google Maps then does not load and Google receives no data. The office address is also given on the Website as text.
  • Do not fill in the enquiry form. Cloudflare Turnstile then does not load. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
  • You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.

Please note that blocking cookies in your browser may affect how third-party services (the map and form protection) work.

6. Changes to this Policy

If the Website begins to use cookies or other tracking technologies, we will update this Policy before they are introduced and, where necessary, ask for your consent. The current version is always available on the Website.
